Cacao Ceremony

WHAT IS IT?  Cacao has been celebrated for centuries as a food for the Goddess. 

The Cacao Ceremony is a spiritual practice dating back to pre-Inca times.

 Traditionally, Shamans hold the ceremonies using skills they learned from their ancestors and which they pass down to future generations. Cacao Ceremonies usually include at least one extra treatment method, such as Sound Therapy, Meditation, Ecstatic Dance or Breath work. 

WHAT DOES IT DO? Cacao is known to open your heart and bring peace to your mind, and is a mild stimulant used to help improve your emotional state. Ceremonial Cacao contains theobromine which stimulates your cardiovascular system, producing a sensation which can be uplifting and warm.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS? Cacao is the ultimate heart opener and is known to boost the immune system. Cacao is also known to increase blood flow to the brain, thus increasing focus, strength and awareness.
