Cacao is a sacred planet medicine with a feminine spirit that is being used all across the globe in sacred ritual and ceremony. When in it’s purest form, at a ceremonial grade, it is rich in minerals, antioxidants and amino acids.
It has extraordinary health benefits, with the highest magnesium content of any whole food, it supports hard working muscles, reduces stress, reduces blood pressure, oxygenates the whole body, high in fibre, works to improve cellular responses to provide overall better ‘efficiency’ throughout the digestive process, encourages the body to burn fats rather than store them and clears the blood vessel walls of fatty deposits which reduces the load on the heart muscle.
This sacred feminine plant of the Cacao is known for being the medicine of the heart, to open the heart up to connect in with the self and access a deeper sense of clarity and awareness. It connects the heart with the mind to uncover any blockages that may potentially be preventing us from seeing our truth from developing in positive ways. Cacao has a very gentle loving energy that feels expansive bringing joy, happiness, healing and empowerment to the self, through the connection of oneness.
It has anandamide (Bliss), serotonin (stress defence), dopamine (motivation) and phenylethylamine (focus).
@AiO Cacao, comes from a small valley on the Amazonian side of Peru. It’s a deep, rich criollo best used for shadow work, trauma release and deep dive meditations to help people journey deeply to open up space for more love and light to be met, to radiate and to shine throughout.
