Lomi Lomi Massage

5 years ago, I fell in love with Hawaiian Bodywork and met my teacher Dawn Charlton, the current lineage holder of Traditional Old Style Hawaii Lomi Lomi massage. As part of my training with Dawn, I was fortunate to travel to Hawaii to immerse myself in the culture and history of this ancient modality.
 
In the ensuing years, I have been training in several other modalities including Holistic Pulsing, Pellowah, and more recently The Emotion Code© and The Body Code™ techniques. All these modalities can work well together or on their own to assist you to bring about a greater sense of homeostasis (balance) in your life.
 
Traditional Old Style Hawaiian Lomi Lomi is a style of massage that has been utilised in its original form for many generations. It is all encompassing, from top to toe to fingertips, treating the whole of body, mind, and spirit. It is very nurturing and restorative, aiding in releasing tension not just at a physical level, but energetically through clearing any blockages in the meridians and restoring harmony throughout the whole being.To receive a full body treatment, you’d want to allow a minimum 90 mins, otherwise a one-hour session can focus more on areas of the body that hold stress – most often the back, neck, and shoulders.It really is a beautiful flowing massage that leaves the receiver feeling so much lighter, nurtured, and replenished.
