Knoff Yoga is a traditional style of Hatha Yoga, which utilises the body as a vehicle/tool to increase awareness. All of the techniques—meditation, breath-work, postures, relaxation and philosophy—are designed to turn the mind inwards. It is safe and non-invasive and encourages the body to relax and release emotional and physical trauma. The rocking rate is close to the foetal heartbeat, between 120 to 160 beats per minute.
Based on the principles of life: Rhythm and Water, Holistic Pulsing connects you to your inner self and allows you to fall into a state of deep relaxation, you will heal through pleasure instead of pain.

Online and in person cacao ceremonies are a two hour foray into cacao as sacrament, guided meditation and sound immersion and can be tailored to public or private groups and also to the individual.
Educational workshops are a closer look into the physical & spiritual attributes and applications of the magic of cacao's unique heart focused medicine. Workshops are 4 hours in duration and can also be held as a group setting or individualised.
